This TOU is for any site created by Mikes Radio 105 FM/Storm Signal Radio Communications, or is affiliated with Mikes Radio 105 FM/Storm Signal Radio. However, on this site, you WILL NOT HACK by any means. You will have charges pressed against you for this. You will not harass any member on this site, even by IM, or the Listen Link shout box. No profanity is allowed either. SPAM will also not be tolerated.

Storm Signal Radio cannot be held responsible for the content of links posted. In every effort, the board of Admissions (Personnel Department) shall try to find inappropriate sites, and let Storm Signal Radio owner know that the site may be removed. Storm Signal Radio tries to allow only appropriate links. Storm Signal Radio is also not responsible for links on the DJ pages. The DJ alone may be held responsible for any inappropriate links posted. End user must email the owner of this station to have the inappropriate content and/or links removed.

Storm Signal Radio Network is not responsible and/or reliable for any damage to your computer or network by the following but not limited to viruses, spyware, or trojans. Such manifestations cannot be held liable by Storm Signal Radio, as we do not control websites that we may link to. Storm Signal Radio network shall not and will not manifest viruses into the end user computer via cookies or any type of coding from this network. Storm Signal Radio Network does remain a clean site, and will do everything in power to ensure that our sites do remain safe from any malicious programs and/or coding.

Clean Environment
While Storm Signal Radio tries to primarily concern on a clean radio environment in most cases, we understand that certain radio formats may play certain songs with language not suitable for certain folks. Storm Signal Radio strictly enforces that if a station plays songs that have inappropriate language, a banner will be enforced on the Station's homepage, so that this will be understood. This is a new requirement, although may be waived on certain circumstances. Please understand, that by viewing any Storm Signal Radio, you, The Viewer, understand that the radio may play content not suitable for all viewers.

PRIVACY STATEMENT

At Storm Signal Radio, we do not collect any personal information from you whatsoever. The only thing we may collect from you is your IP address from your ISP.

Generally on the Storm Signal Radio website, you do not collect any type of personal information from you. However, if you were to fill out any type of contact form, the only information you would be giving us is your Name and Email Address. We do not use your email to Spam, or anything. That would be used for sole purpose of what you were contacting us for, and a response back. Your Email address would still be safe and un-disclosed on the Public site, which clearly means that it would not be listed at all. That is your right, however, you can specify that you would want your email listed, etc.

Privacy Information regarding schools and/or businesses
On the Storm Signal Radio School Watch/ Closenet (Mikes Radio 105 FM), you would be giving us information about your business or organization. Your information like City, State, Name, Email, and sign up Password would be used for your login. Your password, and other information will not be shared. On your district page, you may include contact information. Otherwise we do not collect any personal information.

Information we collect from the end user
The only information Storm Signal Radio shall collect is the cookie from the users computer. This better helps us track what sites within Storm Signal Radio you shall visit to help us make improvements. If you login to Storm Signal Radio Closenet, your username and password is placed in a cookie on your computer. No other users are able to see your information you send through. Information on our network is secure, and we will do anything in our powers to ensure our site shall remain secure. If we receive a hacking report, we shall have an investigator or some sort find who is held responsible. At such time, a report with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and/or contact with your ISP may be warranted at such time depending on policies strictly enforced by Storm Signal Radio.

Any and all content on this website shall not be copied in any way, shape, or form.  This site is Copyright, and any person found stealing content may be prosecuted in a court of law. All images for background, header, and navigation were created by DJ DaSplodge of Mikes Radio 105 FM. Use of these images on your site is prohibited as per copyright infringement laws.  If you shall attempt to infringe the images on this site, you may be prosecuted in a court of law. At no such time do we grant you permission to use our images. If you use them, you are subject to potential prosecution in a court of law.

Other images on websites are copyrighted by their owner. This would include any dj images, etc. For further information, it is recommended that you ask the website owner for further information and details. Otherwise, any images are owned by Storm Signal Radio/Mikes Radio 105 FM.

Also, while on the Listen Link, you will NOT put any inappropriate comments. They will be erased. If any one person hacks this site, they will be prosecuted in a court of law. Use of layout is prohibited. This shall go along with the use of images on Storm Signal Radio Network. Storm Signal Radio site is intellectual property, and it will be strictly enforced with copyright protection law. If you shall use our intellectual property, your website host will be contacted with a cessation demand. If you shall not remove the copyright content, we may have no other option, but to use other legal services at our sole disposal. We have worked at high links to produce quality images for this website, including but not limited to our background themes. We have also worked at great links to produce quality website coding. This includes any websites on the Storm Signal Radio Network.

Intellectual Property Permission

Storm Signal Radio will take any matters to protect images owned by the Network, which could include prosecution according to the Copyright/ DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act). Such measures should be taken place so that our images cannot and should not be stolen from our network with out express permission. Mikes Radio has successfully signed up for Copyright, and you may click the copyright logo at the bottom of the page thereto pertaining our Copyright. Storm Signal Radio has also employed uses to eliminate copyright infringement, such as Watermarking images. This is to cover our copyright, and terms of Agreement, that you are not to copy any of our images, graphics, logos, etc from the site and either post them on your site, computer, etc. Taking images from our site is plagiarism, and therefore copyright infringement. Persons who conspire to infringe our copyrighted material could be prosecuted under federal law for conspiracy to commit copyright infringement. If you see that our creative works have been infringed, follow the information below to file a report.

How to make a claim if work has been copied or our site has been copied
If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you should send written notification thereof, in accordance with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, to our Designated Agent, who can be reached as follows:
